SHANGHAI, August 16 — The 7th Japan-China Youth Traditional Culture Exchange, co-hosted by the Consulate-General of Japan in Shanghai and SATSUKI Travel, successfully concluded at the Consulate's multi-function hall. Over 160 participants—including 60 Japanese and Chinese students (grades 4–9), parents, and guests—came together to create a joint "friendship scroll" through calligraphy and ink painting.

The event featured Master Ryuta Yanagida (Japan) for calligraphy, Master Zhang Songping (China) for ink painting, and Judge Jia Jun from Junmo Tang Studio. In mixed teams, students broke language barriers, collaborated on artworks, and exchanged pieces—many for the first time experiencing cross-cultural creative dialogue firsthand.

Post-event survey satisfaction exceeded 97%. SATSUKI Travel extends sincere thanks to the Consulate-General of Japan, all guest masters, and sponsors including ANA, Shanghai Baozhen International Travel Japan Center, United Matrix Communications, and Shanghai Kongduo Trading.

"A single event may be brief, but the cultural seeds planted can cross mountains and seas." SATSUKI Travel remains committed to fostering people-to-people bonds across borders—and looks forward to welcoming more international partners into future exchanges.
